Effective September 4, 2026
Framewerx, operated by Austin Westermann, provides a done-for-you knowledge capture and workforce validation platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how long we keep it. Where a signed Client Service Agreement exists, that agreement controls if there is any inconsistency.

4. Ownership of your material
You permanently retain ownership of all raw footage you submit, all uploaded legacy documentation, and all employee training and compliance records generated for your workforce. You also retain all ownership rights you already hold in your proprietary procedures, trade practices, methods, pricing information, and operational knowledge. We process this material solely to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
5. Confidentiality
Your raw footage, internal procedures, trade practices, specialized tools, pricing strategies, employee information, customer information, operational teachings, legacy documents, and other non-public business information are treated as Confidential Information. Access is limited to personnel and contractors who need it to perform the work, and they are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
6. Aggregated and de-identified data
We may use de-identified and aggregated technical usage data to operate, secure, and improve the platform, provided the data cannot reasonably identify you, your employees, your procedures, or your confidential operational methods.
7. Service providers
We rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics. These providers may process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security commitments, and only for the purpose of supporting our services. Information may be stored or processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
8. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement, including the Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalization through your Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may affect some site features.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls and encrypted storage. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. If we confirm a security incident that materially affects your Confidential Information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay.
10. Retention and deletion
While your plan is active, we retain your Workspace content and workforce records so the service remains available to your team. After cancellation, content is retained for a 90-day recovery window. After that period, we permanently delete your content from active production systems and allow residual encrypted backup copies to expire through the ordinary backup-rotation cycle, except where retention is required by law, dispute preservation, fraud prevention, or legitimate financial recordkeeping. Deleted Workspace content may not be recoverable.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Employees of a client business should direct requests to their employer, who controls the workforce records in their Workspace; we will support the employer in responding. To make a request, email info@framewerx.app.
12. Children
Framewerx is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
13. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this page, and continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
